Account Extras Overview

Account Extras are optional add-ons available through the Premium Upgrades section of your PhotoBiz account. These extras allow you to expand your account’s capabilities beyond what is included in your base membership.

From this section, you can purchase additional Ask PhotoBiz AI requests or enable Brand Free, PhotoBiz’s white-label option. This guide shows you where to find Account Extras and explains the options available.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click PREMIUM UPGRADES in the left-side menu.

This opens the area where you manage add-ons and optional features for your account.

STEP TWO

Under PRODUCTS AND ADD ONS, click ACCOUNT EXTRAS.

Depending on the products already active on your account, you may need to scroll to locate the Account Extras option.

FINAL STEP

Review the available Account Extras and choose the option you want to add.

Your selection will be applied to your account once the purchase is completed.

Additional Ask PhotoBiz AI Requests

Ask PhotoBiz AI is built into multiple areas of your account, including:

• SEO tools

• Text Editor Blocks

• PhotoBiz AI Website Creator

• Email Marketing

• Blog tools

• Image alt text generation

Your account includes 100 Ask PhotoBiz AI requests per month. If you need more, you can purchase additional requests in blocks.

• 500 additional AI requests per purchase

• $10 per month or $120 per year

Brand Free Account

Brand Free is PhotoBiz’s white-label option. When enabled, it removes the “crafted by PhotoBiz” branding from all client-facing areas of your account, including:

• Your website

• Client galleries

• Forms

• Email marketing campaigns

• Ecommerce receipts and checkout experiences

Brand Free is billed at:

• $10 per month

• $120 per year

Billing frequency depends on your membership plan.

Additional Notes

• Account Extras are billed in addition to your website or gallery package.

• Changes take effect immediately after purchase.

• Each Account Extra can be managed independently.
