How to Add an Image (Like Your Logo!) to Your Email Signature in PhotoBiz Mailbox

With your PhotoBiz Mailbox, you can use a professional, branded email address like you@yourdomain.com. Want to take it a step further? Add your logo or another image to your email signature for a polished, on-brand look every time you hit send.

Follow these simple steps to add an image to your signature:

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz Mailbox at https://mailbox.photobiz.com

STEP TWO

Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of your screen, then select Settings from the dropdown.

STEP THREE

Click on Composing Email to access your email formatting settings.

STEP FOUR

Go to the Signatures tab, then click Add Signature (or select an existing one to edit).
In the formatting toolbar, look for the image icon—this is where you can upload your logo, headshot, or other image you'd like to use.

🖼️ Note: Signature images must be 65KB or smaller.

FINAL STEP

Once you’ve uploaded your image and finished customizing your signature, click OK to save your changes.

Then click Save again to store your new signature.
