You can sell digital product downloads through your PhotoBiz ECommerce very easily. If you have a client who placed an order but did not download their digital product before the expiration date on the download link, you can easily extend the expiration date from their order. This guide will walk you through the steps of extending your digital product download link expiration date.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left side menu.

STEP TWO

Mouse over TRACKING and in the drop down menu that opens, click on ORDERS.

STEP THREE

Click on the ORDER NUMBER you want to extend the deadline on your digital product download link.

STEP FOUR

Click on the DOWNLOADS button on the upper right side of your order.

STEP FIVE

In the right-side menu that opens, click on the name of the DOWNLOAD you want to extend the download date for. 

FINAL STEP

You can update the following options for your digital product download:

• DIGITAL ITEMS LINK EXPIRATION EXTENSION

• ADD ADDITIONAL DOWNLOAD ATTEMPTS

Click on Save Changes to apply your new product download settings for the order.
