PhotoBiz includes two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance the security of your account and protect your data. This includes access to ecommerce, invoicing, client galleries, email marketing, the website builder, and client information.

You can choose to receive your 2FA code by text message or email. To make future logins easier, you can trust up to three devices to avoid repeated 2FA prompts.

PRO TIP!

If multiple people need access to your PhotoBiz account, consider creating individual user accounts instead of sharing a single login. This allows you to set custom permissions for each user and keep your login credentials private.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account with your email address and password.

STEP TWO

Enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to you.
Check the box labeled TRUST THIS DEVICE, then click SUBMIT.

When selected, this option will store your login credentials for the current device and browser. You won’t be asked to enter a code again for 90 days, unless the trusted status is reset.

Important Notes:
The “trust this device” feature may not work or may be reset if:

  • You clear your browser cache or cookies

  • You use a browser or security tool that blocks cookies

  • You log in using Private Browsing, Incognito Mode, or another privacy-focused setting

  • You log into multiple PhotoBiz accounts on the same device

  • You log into more than three different devices (if a fourth device is added, the oldest trusted device will be removed automatically)
