Fixing PhotoBiz Email Notifications That Show the Wrong Name (iPhone Users)

PhotoBiz sends email notifications for all kinds of activity in your account—like form submissions, client gallery orders, scheduled sessions, and more.

If you’ve ever noticed that all your PhotoBiz notifications seem to be coming from the same person (like a past client), it may be because the PhotoBiz Notification Server email has been accidentally saved as a contact on your iPhone. When this happens, your phone will show that saved name for every future notification email from PhotoBiz.

This quick guide will walk you through how to remove that saved contact so your notifications display correctly again.


STEP ONE

Open the Contacts app on your iPhone.

STEP TWO

In the search bar, type:

emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com

STEP THREE

Tap on the contact that appears in the results, then tap Edit in the top-right corner.

STEP FOUR

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Contact to remove it from your iPhone.

Once the contact is deleted, your PhotoBiz email notifications will return to normal—showing the correct sender name for each notification.
