When you view a form submission, you can review various details about that specific submission. In addition to the form responses, you’ll also see the date, form category, form name, contact email, contact name, and the IP address from which the form was submitted. This guide will walk you through the steps to view your form submission details.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the NOTIFICATION bell icon at the top right corner of your account or click on the FORMS section under Account Notifications.

STEP TWO

The right-side menu will option and display your account notifications, click on the FORM SUBMISSION notification you want to view the details for. 

In your Form Submission details, you'll have the following options:

• Print the Form Submission

• View The Submission in Document View

• Block the Sender

• Start Conversation with the sender
