Your Business Profile is located in the Branding section of your PhotoBiz account and includes:

  • Business Name – Example: Jenn Smith Photography

  • Location – Example: Boston, Massachusetts

  • Specialty / Services – Example: wedding photography, family portraits, videography

  • Your Style / Approach – Example: “I love capturing candid moments and making people laugh.”

  • Brand Voice – Example: “Friendly and conversational” or “Professional and elegant”

This information helps PhotoBiz AI generate metadata that matches your business style and services.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click Blog from the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Select the blog post you’d like to update by clicking on its Title.

STEP THREE

Click the Settings button in the top right corner. A menu will appear on the right-hand side.

STEP FOUR

Click the SEO section and then click Ask PhotoBiz AI.

STEP FIVE

PhotoBiz AI will generate a suggested Meta Title, Meta Description, and Keywords based on your blog content and Business Profile.

  • Review the suggestions and edit them if needed

  • Click Save Changes to apply

WANT TO ENTER YOUR OWN INFO?

If you prefer to create your metadata manually:

  • Under Search Engine Preview, select Custom

  • Enter your:

    • Meta Title (50–65 characters)

    • Meta Description (100–155 characters)

    • Keywords (10–15 relevant terms)

  • Click Save Changes when finished
