How to Check Your Available Space and File Usage in PhotoBiz

You can easily check how much space you’re using in your PhotoBiz account and see where your files are uploaded. There are two ways to access this information.

Option 1: Check Your Home Page

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account.

STEP TWO

On the home screen of your control panel, scroll down to the section labeled USAGE.

STEP THREE

Review your usage snapshot, which includes:

• Monthly Form Submissions

• Monthly Marketing Emails

• Files: Images, Documents, Videos, Music

• PhotoBiz AI Requests

Files are the 3rd option in the usage report. 

STEP FOUR

Click the LEARN MORE button to open the detailed SPACE report for your file storage.

Option 2: Check Your Files Section

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FILES in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top center of the Files section, click on SPACE.

STEP THREE

Here you’ll see the same SPACE report with a detailed breakdown of your total storage usage across your account.

FINAL STEP

If you are running low on space, you may need to remove files or add additional storage to your account by clicking on the MORE STORAGE option at the top of your control panel.
