Using the PhotoBiz Scheduler, clients can book appointments and sessions with you online. In the Scheduler Policies section, you can determine the minimum amount of time a client needs to book in advance. This guide will take you through the steps of establishing your policy for time allowed before booking.


STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the SCHEDULER option in the left side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on POLICIES at the top of the Scheduler control panel.

STEP THREE

Under the TIME ALLOWED BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT section, choose how far in advance your clients can book their appointment with you. You can choose between

  • Anytime
  • 1 hour
  • 2 hours
  • 8 hours
  • 24 hours
  • 72 hours
  • 1 week
  • 2 weeks
  • 1 month

Once you've made the choice, click on the green and white save changes button to apply your booking policy setting to your scheduler.
