How to Delete a Contact Tag in PhotoBiz

Every PhotoBiz Website Package includes the Contacts feature, which helps you organize and manage your client list. One helpful tool is tags, which let you group contacts into categories—like "Holiday Clients" or "Newsletter Subscribers."

If you're no longer using a specific tag, you can remove it from your account. Here's how:

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Deleting a tag is permanent. While you can create a new tag later with the same name, any contacts that were previously tagged will no longer be associated with it.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your Contacts control panel, click on TAGS.

STEP THREE

Check the box next to the tag or tags you want to delete.

FINAL STEP

Click the DELETE button, you'll see a message confirming you want to delete the contact tag.

To confirm your choice, click Yes, Delete It.
