With your custom forms within your Client Relationship Builder, you have the option to enable encryption within your form. This is recommended when collecting any sensitive and confidential information from your clients.

Please Note: Once you've activated your SSL certificate with your Website Package, your forms will be encrypted automatically.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the FORM NAME you want to enable encryption on or create a new form.

STEP THREE

Click on the GEAR ICON at the upper right side of your form editor and click on Enable Encryption in the menu that opens.

FINAL STEP

When prompted choose Yes to enable encryption.

Once activated, your url will display https to show the encryption is have been enabled and a lock icon appears next to the form url.

You can disable encryption at any time by choosing the gear icon and Disable Encryption.
