With your PhotoBiz account, you get 10,000 marketing emails each month—and you can easily track how your campaigns are doing, including seeing who’s chosen to unsubscribe.

This quick guide will show you how to view your unsubscribe list inside your Marketing dashboard.

STEP ONE

Log In

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on “Marketing” from the menu on the left.

STEP TWO

Go to Tracking

At the top of your Marketing dashboard, click on “Tracking.”

STEP THREE

Select ‘Unsubscribed’

From the dropdown menu, choose “Unsubscribed.”

That’s it! You’ll now see a list of all contacts who have opted out of your marketing emails.
