Your Form Builder can be used for a lot more than just a contact form! With the ability to set your form to expire on a certain day, you can now limit form submissions for a specific period of time. This is a great feature to use if you are only taking certain requests for a certain period of time, like for a contest or holiday appointments.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left side menu.

STEP TWO

Select a form you wish to have an expiration date, or create a new form.

STEP THREE

Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select SETTINGS in the drop down menu that appears.

FINAL STEP

Input the date you wish the form to stop receiving submissions in the field under EXPIRATION DATE and click SAVE CHANGES when finished.
