How to Add Tags to Your PhotoBiz Form Submissions

Tags are a great way to keep your form submissions organized in PhotoBiz. For example, you can tag all wedding inquiries with “wedding” and all portrait session requests with “portrait.” Once your form is tagged, submissions are automatically sorted—making it easier to send emails or organize contacts by interest.

Follow the steps below to add tags to any of your forms:

Common tags include:

• newsletter – for email signup forms
• contact page – for general inquiries
• mini sessions, maternity, or wedding – to group clients by interest or session type

You can later use these tags to send targeted marketing emails to the right group of contacts!

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click the Form Editor and select the form you want to tag by clicking its title or create a new form.

STEP THREE

In the form editor, scroll down just below the direct link to your form. Click Add a Tag.

STEP FOUR

Type in the tag you'd like to apply (you can enter one or multiple), then click Add Tag.

Once you’re done, click SAVE CHANGES to apply the tag(s) to the form.
