How to View a Customer’s Saved Cart in PhotoBiz

With the PhotoBiz ECommerce tool, you can easily view a customer’s saved cart—including items from both client galleries and your online store—all in one place. This gives you helpful insight into what your customers are interested in and allows you to follow up as needed.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the name of the contact whose saved cart you'd like to view.

STEP THREE

In the contact’s profile, click on the Ecommerce tab. Then, select the order number to open their saved cart.

FINAL STEP

You’ll now see the full pending order. From here, you can:

  • Resend the order to remind the client it hasn’t been completed
  • Print the order
  • Update the payment status
  • Adjust the order status
