Viewing Client Activity in Client Galleries
Want to see what your clients are loving, downloading, or commenting on in their gallery? With PhotoBiz Client Galleries, you can easily track client activity once they log into their gallery event.
This guide will show you how to view client activity and explain what each section means.
What Happens When Clients Access Their Gallery?
When a client visits their gallery, they are prompted to enter their email address. This creates a login for them and allows you to track their actions in the gallery.
Once a client logs in, you’ll be able to see:
- Created — When they first accessed their event and entered their email address
- Last Saved — Which images they marked as favorites
- Last Saved — Any comments they left on specific photos
- Last Saved — Which images they downloaded
The activity timestamps will only update when a client takes one of these actions. If a client simply views the images without favoriting, commenting, or downloading, no new activity will be recorded.
