How to Sell a Full Gallery Download in PhotoBiz Client Galleries
PhotoBiz Client Galleries makes it simple to offer your clients a full gallery digital download—allowing them to purchase and download every image from an event in one easy step. This guide walks you through how to set it up.
STEP ONE
Log into Your PhotoBiz Account
From your dashboard, click on Ecommerce in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Open the Packages Section
Hover over Sell Online, then click on Packages from the dropdown menu.
STEP THREE
Create a New Digital Package
Click the New Package button and select Digital Full Event as the package type.
STEP FOUR
Set Up Your Package
Fill in the details for your digital download package:
- Charge Tax/Shipping – Enable this if applicable.
Click Create Digital Package when finished. You’ll be taken to the package details screen.
FINAL STEP
Assign the Price List to Your Gallery Event
Go to Client Galleries and either:
Once the price list is assigned, your client will see the Full Gallery Download option under the Packages section of their event.
What Happens After Purchase?
Once your client buys the full download:
Note: The download link is active for 7 days from the time of purchase.
💡 Pro Tip
After the appropriate price list assigned to the event, you can share the Client Galleries event with your client and they'll be able to a purchase an entire gallery download from the PACKAGES section of their event.
After your client purchases their package, they will receive two emails. One with the receipt for their purchase and another that has the files ready for download.
The download link expires in 7 days.
