How Clients Can Share Their Gallery

PhotoBiz Client Galleries are a great way to privately showcase your clients’ images. With just a few clicks, your clients can also share their gallery with family and friends—no extra work for you!

Here’s how the sharing feature works:

STEP ONE

LOG IN TO THE GALLERY

Your client should log into their gallery using one of these methods:

  • Through the Client Gallery block on your website

  • By clicking a direct link you’ve shared via email invitations

  • By visiting your proofing page at yourdomain.com/proofing

STEP TWO

Open The Menu

Once they’re inside the gallery, your client clicks the menu icon (three lines) in the top right corner of the screen.

STEP THREE

Click "SHARE"

In the menu that appears on the right, they’ll click SHARE.

STEP FOUR

Choose a Sharing Option

Clients can now share their gallery link through:

  • Facebook
  • X(Twitter)
  • Pinterest
  • Send Email

To share on social media, they’ll need to log in to their social account.

SECURITY NOTE

If the gallery is password protected, the shared link will include a secure password key so viewers can access the gallery without needing to enter a password.
