How to Delete Contacts in PhotoBiz

If you need to tidy up your contact list, you can easily delete one or multiple contacts from your PhotoBiz account. Just keep in mind—once a contact is deleted, all their information is permanently removed.

🔴 Important: Deleting a contact cannot be undone. This includes all of their form submissions, client gallery activity, emails, files, and scheduler appointments.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Find the contact(s) you want to delete.
Check the box next to each name you’d like to remove, then click the DELETE button at the top.

FINAL STEP

A confirmation message will appear stating:

“Deleting this contact will permanently remove all associated data, including: form submissions, conversations, client galleries activity, files, scheduler appointments, and email invites history. This action cannot be undone.”

Click YES, DELETE IT to confirm.

⚠️ Reminder: Once deleted, a contact and all their data are permanently gone and cannot be recovered.
