How to Remove the Cover Image from a Client Gallery Invitation in PhotoBiz
When using Client Galleries in PhotoBiz, each event comes with a built-in cover page that greets your client. By default, this cover page shows the event name, an Open button, and the first image from the event with a 40% opacity background.
If you’d prefer not to show a cover image in the email invitation, you can easily disable it. Just follow these steps:
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on Client Galleries in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the name of the Client Galleries event you want to update.
STEP THREE
On the left side of the event settings, click on Cover Page.
STEP FOUR
Click on the Cover Page section to open your customization options.
Under Cover Image, select No Image, then click Save Changes.
What Your Clients Will See
Your email invitation will be sent without a thumbnail preview image. Clients will still see the event name and Open button, but no background image will appear in the email.
Once your client clicks through to view the event, what they see will depend on your event’s password and email collection settings. Typically, they’ll see your logo, the event name, and any required fields to log in—without a cover image on the login screen.
