How to Upload and Link to Files in PhotoBiz

You can upload a variety of file types to your PhotoBiz account using the DOCUMENTS area, found under the FILES section of your control panel. This is a great way to store and share files with a direct URL.

Supported File Types

You can upload the following formats:
JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TTF, OTF, WOFF2, PDF, PSD, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, ZIP, ICO, MP3, JS, CSS, SVG

Need to upload large files? Add the Original Files premium upgrade to upload files up to 50MB.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on FILES in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on DOCUMENTS at the top of the page.

STEP THREE

Upload the files you want to share by dragging them into the upload area or clicking to browse your computer.

Once uploaded, your files will appear in your File Library. You’ll see:

• The file name
  
  
• The file type
  
  
• A direct URL for each file

You can click the link to open the file or right-click the link to copy it—perfect for adding to buttons, emails, or anywhere else you'd like to share it.
