How to Make Your Email Address Clickable in the PhotoBiz 9 Website Builder

With the PhotoBiz 9 Website Builder, you can make your email address clickable so visitors can quickly contact you. When someone clicks or taps your email address, their default email application will open with your address automatically filled in. This makes it easier for potential clients to reach out directly from your website.

This guide walks you through adding a mailto link inside a Text Editor Block.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the page that contains the Text Editor Block where you want to add your email address.

Type your email address directly into the Text Editor Block.

STEP THREE

Highlight the email address you just entered.

Click the Insert/Edit Link icon in the Text Editor toolbar.

In the URL field, type:

mailto:youremail@example.com

Replace youremail@example.com with your actual email address. Do not include any spaces.

Click OK to apply the link.

STEP FOUR

Click Save Changes to publish your update.

What Happens Next?

Once saved, visitors who click your email address on your website will have their default email program open automatically with your email address pre-filled in the To field.

Helpful Notes

• Always include mailto: before your email address. Without it, the link will not function correctly.

• Do not add spaces between mailto: and your email address.
