How to Reset Your PhotoBiz Mailbox Password
You can reset your PhotoBiz Mailbox password at any time directly inside your PhotoBiz account. Updating your password helps protect your email and keeps your account secure.
This guide walks you through how to change your mailbox password and explains the required password criteria.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MAILBOX in the left-side menu.
This will open your Mailbox dashboard where all of your active email addresses are listed.
STEP TWO
Click on the email address you want to update. This will open the mailbox settings for that specific email account.
FINAL STEP
Enter your new password in the password field. Retype the password to confirm it, then click Save Changes.
Your new password will update immediately. You can now use it to log into your PhotoBiz Mailbox on webmail or any connected email application.

If your password does not meet these requirements, the system will prompt you to update it before saving.
Helpful Notes

Updating your mailbox password does not change your main PhotoBiz account login password.

If you use your mailbox with an email app such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail, you will need to update the password in that app after changing it in PhotoBiz.
