Setting a Low Stock Alert for a Product in PhotoBiz ECommerce
Your PhotoBiz Website package includes a built-in ECommerce store with inventory tracking tools. One of these tools allows you to set a low stock alert for each individual product—so you’ll know when you're running low and can restock in time.
This guide will walk you through setting a low stock mark for a specific product. If you’d prefer to apply a single low stock threshold across all products, check out our guide on setting a global low stock mark instead.
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over TRACKING and click on the STOCK option in the drop down menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the individual product SKU NUMBER you want to change the low stock mark for.
STEP FOUR
Click on the LOW STOCK MARK button to access the inventory settings for the product.
FINAL STEP
In the pop up, enter the number you want to use as the low stock mark for this product.
