How to Connect Your Stripe Account in PhotoBiz

PhotoBiz integrates with Stripe, making it easy to accept credit and debit card payments for:

  • Client Galleries
  • Scheduler
  • Invoicing
  • Forms
  • Online Store

This guide walks you through how to connect Stripe in your PhotoBiz account and start collecting payments.

REFUNDS

To issue a refund for any Stripe payment:
➡️ Log into your Stripe account and process the refund there.

STEP ONE

Log into PhotoBiz

From your dashboard, click ECOMMERCE in the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Go to Merchant Settings

At the top of the control panel, hover over PAYMENT and select MERCHANTS from the dropdown.

STEP THREE

Add a New Merchant

Click the New Merchant button.

Stripe is the default merchant, so simply click the green Connect to Stripe button.

STEP FOUR

Sign into Stripe or Create a Stripe account. 

A new window will open.
Log in to your existing Stripe account or create a new one.

Once logged in, click Authorize access to this account to complete the connection.

🎉 You’re All Set!

Your Stripe account is now connected to PhotoBiz.

To confirm everything’s working:
✅ Go back to the Merchants section — Stripe will appear as an active merchant.

Now your clients can pay with their credit or debit card during checkout, just like in the preview below!

Need PCI Compliance Info?

✅ PhotoBiz provides a PCI Compliance Certificate for your account.

To download your certificate:

  1. Go to your Merchant settings.

  2. Click on the PCI Certificate link.

This certificate can be used if a client, bank, or institution requests proof of PCI compliance.
