How Much File Space Do I Have?

You can easily view your file space inside your PhotoBiz account. Your dashboard gives you access to your total file space, used file space, and remaining available space. This guide will show you two places where you can view your file usage: the Usage Overview on your home screen and the detailed breakdown inside the Files section.

OPTION 1: VIEW YOUR USAGE OVERVIEW

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and scroll down on the home page of your dashboard.

STEP TWO

Locate the USAGE section. Here you will see a quick overview of your:

• Monthly form submissions

• Monthly marketing emails

• File usage (images, documents, and music)

OPTION 2: VIEW YOUR FILE USAGE DETAILS

STEP ONE

Open the left-side menu of your PhotoBiz control panel and click on FILES.

STEP TWO

Click on SPACE at the top of the Files control panel.

STEP THREE

Review the breakdown of file usage. This section shows how much space is being used across all locations where files are stored in your PhotoBiz account.
