How to Manually Book an Appointment for a Client Using the PhotoBiz Scheduler

With the PhotoBiz Scheduler, you can let clients book their own appointments online, or you can schedule appointments on their behalf. This guide will show you how to manually add an appointment for a client (also known as an "offline booking").

STEP ONE

Log into Your PhotoBiz Account

After logging in, click on Scheduler in the left-hand menu to open your scheduling tools.

STEP TWO

Choose a Service

At the top of your Scheduler dashboard, click on Services, then select the name of the service you'd like to book for your client.

STEP THREE

Open the Booking Page

Click the hyperlink below the service name.
This opens the booking page for that specific service, where you’ll be able to schedule the appointment manually.

STEP FOUR

Select a Date and Time

On the booking page, choose the date and time your client wants for their appointment.

FINAL STEP

Enter Client Details & Book

Fill in your client's name, email, and phone number under the Booking Information section.
Then click Book Now to confirm the appointment.

🔔 If the service requires payment, you’ll be guided through the checkout process so you can complete it on behalf of your client.

Once booked, your client will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you have email automation set up for that service, the client will also be added to the appropriate workflow.
