How to Create a Free Digital Image Download Coupon in PhotoBiz

This guide explains how to create a coupon code in your PhotoBiz account that allows clients to download a digital image for free. This is useful for promotions, complimentary files, or including a free digital image as part of a session or package. The coupon will be set up as a single-use discount and will apply only to a specific digital image, while still allowing clients to purchase additional images and products at full price.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure:

• You are logged into your PhotoBiz account.

• The digital image you want to offer for free already exists as an à la carte item in your price list.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Mouse over PAYMENTS at the top center of the ECommerce control panel, then click COUPONS from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

Click the NEW COUPON button to create a new coupon code.

STEP FOUR

Under the Dollar Discounts section, select $ OFF SINGLE ITEM, then click CONTINUE.

STEP FIVE

Enter a coupon code name of your choice in the DISCOUNT CODE field.
Set the discount amount equal to the full price of your à la carte digital image.
Set the Number of Uses to 1 to ensure the coupon can only be used once.

STEP SIX

Select SPECIFIC ITEMS as the discount type.
Choose Prints/Digital Images, then select the specific Digital Image you want to offer for free.

What Clients Will Experience

Clients can add the eligible digital image to their cart and apply the coupon code at checkout to receive the image for free. They can still purchase additional images, prints, and products at your regular pricing during the same order.
