How to Block a Sender from Your PhotoBiz Forms

The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder (included with all PhotoBiz Websites) has built-in tools to help protect you from spam. If a spam message sneaks through your form, don’t worry — you can quickly block the sender to stop future submissions.

Follow these easy steps to block a sender:

STEP ONE

Log into Your PhotoBiz Account

  • Go to your PhotoBiz Control Panel.
  • Click the Notifications icon located at the top right of your screen.

STEP TWO

Open the Sender’s Details

  • The Notification Center will open on the right side of your screen.
  • Find the message you want to block.
  • Click on the Name or Email Address in the "From/Date" column to open the sender’s details.

STEP THREE

Block the Sender

  • In the sender details window, click the BLOCK SENDER button.

FINAL STEP

Choose How You Want to Block the Sender

  • After clicking the Block Sender button, you will have three options:

    • Email Address (Recommended): Blocks the specific email address from submitting forms in the future.

    • Domain (Use with caution): Blocks all email addresses from the same domain (example: blocking gmail.com would block everyone with a Gmail address).

    • IP Address: Blocks the sender’s specific internet connection (IP address).

  • After making your selection, click "Yes, Block Sender" to confirm.

Manage Your Spam Settings Anytime

  • You can view and edit your blocked senders anytime under Policy Settings in your PhotoBiz Control Panel.
