How to Change Your Template in PhotoBiz
PhotoBiz allows you to change your website template at any time at no additional cost. When you switch templates, your existing content stays in place, so you do not need to rebuild or re-upload your site. Templates control the overall design framework, not your page content or blocks. This guide explains how to browse available templates, add new ones, and apply a new design to your website.
What Changing a Template Affects
Your template controls high-level design elements, including:
Changing your template does not change:
You can continue customizing pages, blocks, and styles after switching templates.
Important Design Setting Options
When switching templates, you can choose how design settings are handled:

Keep My Current Settings
Keeps your existing fonts, colors, and styling.

Use New Template Settings
Applies the default design settings of the new template.
Choose the option that best fits your design goals.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click DESIGN at the top of the Website Builder control panel.
STEP THREE
At the top of the Design section, you will see your current template.
Click the CHANGE button to open the template catalog.
Clicking Change does not immediately apply a new template. It only opens the catalog so you can browse available options.
STEP FOUR
On the right side of the screen, click Add New Templates.
This opens the full PhotoBiz template catalog. All templates are included with your membership.
STEP FIVE
Browse through the available templates.

Click Sample to preview a live demo site

Previews can be viewed on desktop and mobile
When you find a template you like, click Add to add it to your account.
Once added, you can preview the template using your own content before applying it.
Choose Your Design Settings
After adding a new template, you'll be asked:
- Keep My Current Settings: Keeps your existing colors, fonts, and styling.
- Use New Template Settings: Uses the default design settings of the new template.
Choose the option that fits your vision best!
FINAL STEP
Under Your Templates, locate the template you want to use.
Each template has two options:
After saving, your website will update to the new template using the design settings you selected.
Rename or Delete Templates
You can manage saved templates from the Your Templates section.

Hover over a template to reveal options

Click the pencil icon to rename

Click the trash icon to delete
Deleting a template does not affect your live website unless it is currently applied.
Customize Your New Template
After applying a new template, you can continue customizing your site by:

Updating fonts and colors

Rearranging pages and Builder Blocks

Adding Page Load, Image Hover, and Button Hover animations

Continuing to build and refine your design
PhotoBiz regularly adds new templates, so you can refresh your site design whenever you like.
