How To Customize Your Page Settings
The Page Settings block allow you to change the navigation name, control the page visibility, hide the header, hide the footer, and add a password to the page.
How to Customize Your Page Settings
Page Settings in the PhotoBiz Website Builder allow you to control how each page appears and behaves on your website. You can update the page name shown in your navigation, manage whether the page is visible, hide the header or footer, and restrict access with a password.
This guide walks you through how to access and update your Page Settings so you can control how visitors interact with each page on your site.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE from the left-hand menu.
This opens the Website Builder for your site.
STEP TWO
Open the page you want to edit.
Click the SETTINGS button in the top-right corner of the builder, just above the block options.
STEP THREE
Use the Page Settings panel to update how your page appears and functions on your website.
FINAL STEP
Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your updates.
Your changes will take effect immediately on your live website. You can preview your page to confirm everything appears as expected.
PAGE SETTINGS OPTIONS EXPLAINED
Navigation Name
This controls how the page name appears in your website’s navigation menu.
Use this field to shorten or rename pages without changing the actual page content.
Page Visibility
This setting controls whether visitors can access your page.

Visible (default): The page appears in your navigation menu and can be accessed by URL.

Hidden: The page does not appear in your navigation menu but can still be accessed using its direct URL.

Disabled: The page is completely hidden. It will not appear in your navigation and cannot be accessed by URL.
Page Password
You can add a password to restrict access to a page.
Visitors must enter the password before viewing the page.
Important notes:

Drop-down menu pages and external link pages cannot be password protected.

If a browser saves the password, visitors may not need to re-enter it on future visits.
Display Header
Turn this setting off to hide your website header on this page.
This is useful for landing pages or distraction-free content.
Display Footer
Turn this setting off to hide your website footer on this page.
This can be helpful for sales pages, client pages, or simplified layouts.
WHEN TO USE THESE SETTINGS
Here are some common ways photographers use Page Settings:

Use Hidden pages for client galleries, private links, or landing pages you share directly

Use Disabled pages when you are still building or temporarily taking a page offline

Use Password Protection for client-only content or exclusive access pages

Hide the Header and Footer to create clean landing pages for promotions or ads
TROUBLESHOOTING
Page is not showing on your website
Make sure the Page Visibility is set to Visible and that you clicked SAVE CHANGES.
Page is not accessible by link
Check that the page is not set to Disabled.
Password is not prompting
Your browser may have saved the password. Try opening the page in a private or incognito window.
Header or footer is still showing
Confirm that the Display Header or Display Footer settings are turned off and saved.
