How to Delete an Email Campaign Category in PhotoBiz

Email marketing helps you grow your photography business and stay connected with clients. Every PhotoBiz account includes 10,000 marketing emails per month—at no extra cost—making it easy to stay visible and drive traffic to your website.

To keep your email marketing organized, you may want to delete a campaign category you no longer need. This guide will walk you through the steps to safely remove a campaign category from your Marketing tool.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING from the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the CATEGORY NAME you want to delete in the Campaign Builder.

STEP THREE

Before deleting the category, you must either delete or move any campaigns that are stored in that category. A category must be empty before it can be removed.

FINAL STEP

Click the TRASH CAN icon to the left of the category name to delete the category.

Important Note:
If you've previously sent any campaigns from the category you're trying to delete, you’ll also need to delete the tracking history for those campaigns.
To do this, go to the TRACKING section at the top of the control panel and remove the related campaign tracking history. Once the tracking data is removed and the category is empty, you’ll be able to delete the category.
