How to Export Email Marketing Tracking Data from PhotoBiz

Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes 10,000 marketing emails each month—perfect for promoting sessions, blog posts, special offers, and more! This guide walks you through how to view and export tracking data from your email campaigns.

Follow these steps to access and export your campaign results:

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING from the menu on the left.

STEP TWO

At the top center of your Marketing area, click TRACKING.

STEP THREE

In the dropdown menu, select Email Campaigns, then click RUN SEARCH.

STEP FOUR

Your campaign tracking results will appear, showing:

• SEND DATE
• NAME/SUBJECT
• CONTACTS
• OPENS
• CLICKS
• UNSUBSCRIBED
• BOUNCED

Click on the Send Date or Name/Subject to view more detailed data for any specific campaign.

STEP FIVE

Click on the specific field you’d like to export, such as Total Recipients, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, or Bounced.

FINAL STEP

Click the EXPORT button to download a .csv file with the corresponding client data.

Your exported file will be saved to your computer's default download folder and can be used for additional analysis, reporting, or importing into third-party tools.
