✅ How to Get Your Domain’s Authorization Code (EPP Code)

To transfer your domain into your PhotoBiz account, you'll need an authorization code from your current domain registrar. This is sometimes called an EPP code or transfer key.

This guide will walk you through the general steps to get your code and prepare your domain for transfer.

🔑 STEP ONE

LOG IN TO YOUR CURRENT REGISTRAR

Sign in to the account where you purchased and currently manage your domain.
Example: GoDaddy, Google Domains, Network Solutions, etc.

⚙️ STEP TWO

FIND YOUR DOMAIN SETTINGS

Navigate to the section where your domain is managed.
Look for labels like:

• Domain Management
• My Domains
• Domain Settings
• Manage Domain

🔓 STEP THREE

UNLOCK YOUR DOMAIN

Domains are often locked for security.
Look for the option to unlock your domain and disable DNSSEC or any other protection features.

📧 STEP FOUR

REQUEST YOUR AUTHORIZATION CODE

There should be an option to request your authorization code (EPP code or transfer key).
This is often found in the domain’s settings under a section labeled Transfer Domain or Domain Security.

👉 Some registrars display the code right away. Others will email it to the address on file for your domain.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL

If the code is being emailed, check your inbox for a message from your domain registrar.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, too, just in case!

SEND YOUR CODE TO PHOTOBIZ

Once you have your authorization code, send it to the PhotoBiz team when you’re ready to start your domain transfer.
