How to Search for Packages in PhotoBiz

Overview

The PhotoBiz Website Package includes ECommerce tools that allow you to create and manage packages for your clients. As your list of packages grows, quickly finding the one you need becomes important for making updates or changes. This guide will show you how to search for packages in your PhotoBiz ECommerce control panel. By the end, you will be able to locate and open any package in just a few seconds.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account, mouse over the left-side menu, and click ECOMMERCE.

STEP TWO

At the top center of your ECommerce control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE and select PACKAGES from the drop-down menu.

STEP THREE

In the upper-right section of your Packages control panel, locate the search bar with the magnifying glass icon. Click inside the search bar and type the name of the package you want to find.

STEP FOUR

As you type, matching packages will automatically appear in the list. If needed, you can click the magnifying glass icon to display all packages related to your search term.

FINAL STEP

Click on the package name to open it and edit its details. You should now see the full package settings where you can make updates as needed.

Additional Helpful Notes

• The search feature works best when you enter the exact or partial name of your package.
• If no results appear, double-check your spelling or try a broader keyword.
• Packages are listed within the same section, so you do not need to navigate away to search again.
