How to Search for Services in PhotoBiz ECommerce

Overview

PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to create and manage services such as sessions, appointments, and custom offerings. As your list of services grows, the search tool makes it easy to quickly find and edit specific services.

In this guide, you will learn how to search for services in your ECommerce control panel and access them for editing. By the end, you will be able to quickly locate any service using the built-in search feature.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account, mouse over the left-side menu, and click ECOMMERCE.

STEP TWO

At the top of your ECommerce control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE and click SERVICES from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

In the upper-right section of the Services page, click inside the search bar with the magnifying glass icon and type the name of the service you want to find.

STEP FOUR

As you type, matching services will automatically appear based on your search term. You can also click the magnifying glass icon to display all related results.

FINAL STEP

Click on the service name to open it and edit its details. You will be taken directly into the service editor where you can make updates and save your changes.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

• The search tool looks for matches based on service names, so using specific keywords will return more accurate results
• If no results appear, double-check spelling or try a broader keyword
• All updates are applied immediately after clicking Save
