How to Offer a Package with Prints & Digital Images to Your Customer
Using PhotoBiz ECommerce & Client Galleries
If you offer packages that include printed photos and want to deliver digital copies as well, PhotoBiz makes it easy to set this up using your ECommerce store and Client Galleries. Follow the steps below to create your package and deliver digital files.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Click on SELL ONLINE, then select PACKAGES from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Click the NEW PACKAGE button to create a new product package that includes both prints and digital delivery.
STEP FOUR
Choose Fixed Package from the list of available package types.
STEP FIVE
Enter your package details:
- Add a name and description. These will be visible to your client in their event.
- Set the number of poses, price, sales tax, shipping options, and apply any tags you want to use for organization or filtering.
Click NEXT to continue.
STEP SIX
Add the print sizes that will be included in the package.
Once complete, click CREATE PACKAGE to save the package.
STEP SEVEN
To deliver the digital images, go to Client Galleries and open the same event used for the order.
Create a new gallery within the event and add the selected images from the package:
- You can drag images from the main gallery, use the image clipboard, or re-upload them directly to the new gallery.
Send your client a download link to access their digital files.
What Your Clients Will See
Once you've sent the download link, your clients will receive an email with a link to download their digital images in a .zip
file. The download link is valid for 7 days.
