⚙️ How to Update Your ECommerce General Settings

PhotoBiz ECommerce lets you sell prints, packages, products, services, and more — all from your online store. You can easily customize how your shop works behind the scenes by updating your General Settings.

This guide walks you through how to make changes like updating your email notifications, setting a minimum order amount, choosing your store currency, and more.


STEP ONE

Log into Your PhotoBiz Account

Click on ECOMMERCE from the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Open General Settings

At the top of the ECommerce control panel, hover over SETTINGS and then click GENERAL from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

Customize Your General Settings
Here’s what you can adjust:

  • Email Notifications
    Enter the email address where you want to receive new order alerts. You can use more than one — just separate them with commas.

  • Currency
    Choose the currency your store uses for accepting payments.

  • Order Minimum
    Set a minimum total that customers must meet before they can check out.

  • Global Low Stock Mark
    Set a number that triggers a low-stock warning when item quantities drop to or below this number.

  • Display for $0.00 Items
    Decide how to show items priced at $0.00. You can display them as:

    • "$0.00"

    • "Free"

    • Hide the price until it’s more than $0.00

  • Out-of-Stock Item Display
    Choose how items with zero quantity appear in your store:

    • Grayed Out

    • Hidden

Once you’ve made your changes, click SAVE CHANGES to apply the updates to your ecommerce, scheduler, or client galleries.
