✅ How to Connect Your Client Galleries to Your Website

If you're using Client Galleries with a third-party website, it's easy to link your galleries so visitors can access them directly from your site.

Please Note: Client Galleries only accounts are not available for new accounts as of 2022.

🔗 OPTION 1

Use Your Shared Domain Login Page

Every Client Galleries account includes a shared domain (yourstudio.photobiz.com/proofing) that you can link to your website.
This is the fastest and easiest way to get started.

But if you want your galleries to match your website's domain, check out Option 2.

🌐 OPTION 2

Use a Subdomain (Recommended for a Custom Domain)

To make your Client Galleries feel more integrated with your website, you can create a custom subdomain like clients.yourdomain.com.

⚙️ STEP ONE

CREATE AN A-RECORD

In your domain's DNS settings (usually managed by your registrar), create a new A-record with these settings:

  • Type: A
  • Host/Subdomain: clients
  • Points to IP Address: 18.235.135.157

So it looks like:

clients.yourdomain.com → 18.235.135.157

Not sure how to do this? Contact your domain provider or DNS host for help updating your DNS records.

📩 STEP TWO

LET US KNOW

Once your A-record is set up, contact our Passionate Support Team so we can finish the connection on our end.

🖼️ YOUR NEW CLIENT GALLERIES LOGIN PAGE

Once everything is connected, your clients can go to:

clients.yourdomain.com/proofing
to access their events and galleries.
