How to Add Optional Poses and Prints to Fixed Packages in Client Galleries

PhotoBiz Client Galleries include built-in e-commerce features that allow you to sell Fixed Packages with optional add-ons. Fixed Packages are predefined collections that include a set number of poses (images the client selects from their session) and prints (physical prints they receive). Clients can enhance their package by adding extra poses or prints for an additional fee.

This guide walks you through how to set up these add-ons and explains how clients interact with them during checkout.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Hover over SELL ONLINE at the top of your Ecommerce control panel and select PACKAGES from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

Click on the Fixed Package you want to edit, or click Create New to make a new package.

FINAL STEP

Scroll to the Add-Ons section of your package to configure optional poses and prints. You can leave poses or prints blank if you don't want to make one or the other available for your package. 

Add-Ons for Poses

• Maximum Additional Poses: Set the maximum number of extra images your client can select.
  
  
• Additional Price Per Pose: Enter the cost for each additional pose.

Add-Ons for Prints

You can configure each print size individually (limited to the sizes already included in the package):

• Print Sizes: Choose from the print sizes included in the package (e.g., 8x10, 5x7, 11x14).
  
  
• Maximum Quantity Per Size: Set a different limit for each size.
  
  
• Additional Price Per Print: Set the price for each additional print size.

Click Save Changes to apply your settings to the package.

Important: Clients can only purchase additional prints in the same sizes that are already part of the Fixed Package. You cannot offer print sizes that weren’t included originally.

How Clients See Add-Ons

Add-ons don’t appear until the package requirements have been met. When a client selects a Fixed Package in their gallery, a sidebar will appear where they can add images to their package. Once the required selections are completed, they’ll see options to purchase additional poses and prints. The total price updates in real time as they make selections.

Clients must first select the number of poses included in the package. Once those are selected, they’ll be able to add more — up to the maximums you’ve set.

Example
You create a Fixed Package that includes:

• 3 poses
• 1 - 8x10
• 2 - 5x7s
• 1 - 11x14

for $150

For print add-ons, you enable:

• Up to 2 additional 8x10s at $12 each
• Up to 3 additional 5x7s at $8 each
• Up to 1 additional 11x14 at $20

You also allow up to 2 additional poses at $15 each.

If a client selects 1 extra pose and adds:

• 1 additional 8x10
• 2 additional 5x7s

Their total would be:
$150 + $15 (pose) + $12 (8x10) + $16 (5x7s) = $193

Clients can assign multiple prints to the same pose. For example, they may want 3 prints of a single favorite image.

Note: Add-ons are optional. Clients can complete their order using only what’s included in the original package.
