How to Add an Image (Like Your Logo!) to Your Email Signature in PhotoBiz Mailbox

With your PhotoBiz Mailbox, you can use a professional, branded email address like you@yourdomain.com. Want to take it a step further? Add your logo or another image to your email signature for a polished, on-brand look every time you hit send.

Follow these simple steps to add an image to your signature:

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz Mailbox at https://mailbox.photobiz.com

STEP TWO

Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of your screen, then select Settings from the dropdown.

STEP THREE

Click on SPAM SETTINGS to access the spam controls for your mailbox. 

STEP FOUR

Click the BLOCKLIST tab at the top and you'll have the option to block the following:

• Domains
  
  
• Email Addresses
  
  
• IP Address

STEP FIVE 

You can add the email address (or domain) you'd like to block from sending you future emails. Paste or type the email (or domain) from email you into the pop up and click the add button. 

FINAL STEP

You'll see your list of blocked email addresses updated with the ones that you've added. Click SAVE to update your block list.
