How To View Contacts Who Purchased a Product with a Specific Tag

You can use product tags in PhotoBiz to organize your products and track client purchases more efficiently. When a customer buys a product that includes a specific tag, their contact record will also include that tag. This makes it easy to create lists of clients who have purchased certain types of products — for example, “canvas prints,” “albums,” or “books.”

Important Note:
Only purchases made after a tag has been added to a product will appear in this list. Tags cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS in the left-side menu. 

STEP TWO

In the drop down menu on the right side of your contacts, you'll see a drop down menu, click on that and choose the tag you want to pull the list for. Your contact list will be display the client information for who's purchase that particular product.
