How to View and Share an Invoice Link in PhotoBiz
With your PhotoBiz Website Package, you can easily send invoices to your clients for sessions, orders, and more. This guide will show you how to find and view the direct link to an invoice so you can share it with your clients.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on QUOTES & INVOICES in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of the control panel, click on the INVOICES tab.
This section will show all the invoices you've created.
STEP THREE
Find the invoice you want to view and click on its Invoice Number to open it.
FINAL STEP
At the top of the invoice page, you’ll see the Invoice Link.
You can click on the link to preview it as your client will see it.
💡 Pro Tip
Need to resend the invoice? You can copy and paste the invoice link, but for best results, click the
SEND button in the upper right corner of the invoice. This ensures the client receives a properly formatted email with the link included.
