The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder makes it easy to control what happens after someone submits a form or contract. Whether you want to send notifications to different email addresses for different forms, or just update your default settings, you’re in the right place!

This quick guide will walk you through how to update your email notification settings.


STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on Forms in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the name of the form you’d like to change the email notification settings for. 

STEP THREE

Click the gear icon at the top right and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

STEP FOUR

Update Your Email Notification Settings

In the Notification Emails section, you can add the address (or addresses) where you want to receive submissions.

  • Leave it blank, and notifications will go to the email you use to log in.
  • Enter one email address to send submissions somewhere else.
  • Want to notify more than one person? Just separate emails with a comma.

📩 Example: hello@example.com, team@example.com

👉 Don’t forget to click Save Changes at the bottom when you’re done!
