How to Use the Filter Tool in Your PhotoBiz Contacts

Need to quickly view a specific group of contacts? The filter tool makes it easy to organize and access sub-sections of your contact list.

Understanding Contact Types

By default, PhotoBiz organizes your contacts into three types:

  • Lead: Anyone who fills out a form on your website

  • Customer: Anyone who places an order

  • Vendor: You can manually set any contact as a vendor by editing their details or creating a new contact

Using Tags for Custom Filters

In addition to contact types, you can also create your own tags to group contacts however you like.
Tags can be added:

  • Manually to individual contacts
  • Automatically through your forms (by assigning tags when forms are submitted)
  • Importing CSV list of clients and adding a tag during import

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click the filter drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of your Contacts page.

From here, you can choose to filter contacts by:

  • Type (Lead, Customer, Vendor)

  • Tag(s) you’ve created

This makes it easy to find exactly who you’re looking for in seconds.
