Uploading Files to Your PhotoBiz Account: A Simple Guide

You can upload different types of files to many areas of your PhotoBiz account!
The uploader works directly in your web browser — we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience.

📸 Uploading Images

The main image file types you’ll use are JPG and PNG. You can upload images for:

• Galleries
• Image Blocks
• List Item Blocks
• Banners
• Text + Image Blocks
• Form Blocks
• Products
• Packages
• Scheduler Services
• Client Galleries
• Marketing Pop-Ups

📂 Uploading Files (Documents)

In the Documents section (inside the FILES area of your Control Panel), you can upload these file types:

Accepted File Types:

JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TTF, OTF, WOFF2, PDF, PSD, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, ZIP, ICO, MP3, JS, CSS, SVG

File Size Limits:

• Standard uploads: up to 4 MB per file
• With the Original Files Add-On: up to 50 MB per file

Where you can use uploaded documents:

• Sell digital downloads (Ecommerce)
• Share PDF downloads (Forms & Marketing tools)
• Add files to website pages (via the Website Builder)

🎥 Uploading Videos

You can upload MP4, WEBM, and MOV files for use on your website.

Video File Size Limits:

• Standard: up to 4 MB per file

• With the Original Files Premium Upgrade: up to 50 MB per file

Need to upload longer videos?
We recommend hosting large videos on platforms like YouTube or Vimeo and embedding them into your site.

🎵 Uploading Music

You can upload MP3 files to use in your Client Galleries!

Music File Tips:

• MP3s should be under 25 MB for best performance.
• Larger files can slow down your site, so we recommend optimizing them before uploading.

Recommended Settings:

• Bit-rate (kbps): 32
• Channels: Mono

🖼️ Uploading Your Logo

You can upload your logo as a JPG or PNG file.

For best results:

• Use a transparent PNG if you have one — it looks better against different backgrounds!
